The rates include:
Rental of private villa of (200 square meters/2150 square feet) with 4 double/twin bed rooms all with en suite bathrooms; heating, electricity, water, heating of the jacuzzi up to 39C/102F, a staff of minimum 4 persons: a professional celebrity chef, concierge/host, servant and room maid offering daily housekeeping with new bed linen, towels and evening turndown service, room service, all food and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (3 meals each day prepared by the chef), free high-speed internet connection and satellite television in the living room and all bedrooms and a private chauffeured car at your disposal 24/7.

Balance due:
4 weeks prior to arrival
Cancellations/Refund: Full refund (- deposit) will be given provided we receive a written cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival. For later cancellations no refund will be granted.
